Overview Builders was founded in 1981 by Kenneth J. Smith. Mr. Smith was joined by his son Steve as a partner in Overview Builders.

Steve Smith brings an expertise to Overview Builders with his ability to fully design and develop blueprints for customers that are looking to expand their existing homes by adding space to an existing floorplan.
