Overview Builders was founded in 1981 by Kenneth J. Smith. Overview Builders has been chosen as "Builder of the Year "by the Home Builders Association of Southern Indiana (HBASI) numerous times and has served in various positons at the National, State and local level of the Home Builders Association. Mr. Smith is joined by his son Steve as a partner in Overview Builders. Together they continue to focus on quality craftsmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the design and building process. Steve Smith brings an additional expertise to Overview Builders with his ability to fully design and develop blueprints for customers that are looking to expand their existing homes by adding space to an existing floorplan. |
