Overview Builders was founded in 1981 by Kenneth J. Smith. Mr. Smith is joined by his son Steve as a partner in Overview Builders.
Mr Kenneth Smith has held office as National, State and Local Director for the National Home Builders Association and was a Charter Member of the Registered Builder program of the Southern Indiana Home Builders Association. Mr Kenneth Smith was the local founder and member of the Lion's Club.
Steve Smith is the 2009 President of the Home Builders Association of Southern Indiana.
